Well Hello. Nice to meet you! This is not a 'niche' blog, because, well, I guess I can't squeeze myself into a niche... But I do often blog about my Must Haves, my stinkin' precious family, our historic home Renovating and Decorating, our Homeschool journey, and my passion for The Only Thing Worth Walking Toward. Won't you walk with me?
Hi Darlene.. am gonna hop on over in a second to see the bathroom, but her is a little answer about the trifle.
Mom always said..."It's a trifle of this a trifle of that." But she made cheery jello and added fruit cocktail and chilled it in the bottom. Then she made vanilla pudding and put it on the set jello layer. Then she put pound cake on top of that layer (or twinkies) and soaked them with a little rum. (Sometime sherry) Then she topped it with whipped cream and added sliced almonds on top! I left out the alcohol when I made it.
Lynnette (Dancing Barefoot) loved her grandma's mini mincemeat pies!
